Stampin’ Rewards

Beginning 7 April 2025 Stampin’ Up (European Market) is releasing it’s brand new Stampin’Rewards for customers.

What is it?

This exciting new program allows you to get rewards on your purchases directly from Stampin’ Up. The reward system is simple but does have a few caveats. There are no points involved, instead, the Program is based on a percentage. This percentage is 10% of the purchase price of the product you buy. For example if you purchased £100/€100 of product you would receive 10% of that amount in Stampin’ Rewards or £10/€10 credit to your account to spend on more Stampin’ Up products.

What are the Rules?

Qualifying Purchase

There is a minimum purchase to receive Stampin’ Rewards. For the UK it is £20 for which you will receive £2 credit. For orders in the EU it is €25 for which you will receive €2,50 credit. Once you have exceeded the minimum on each order, the rewards are figured at the 10% rate. For example you order £67 of products you will be rewarded £6.70 credit as your Stampin’ Rewards.

When do the Credits Apply?

Stampin’ Rewards credits are applied to your account on the same day but are NOT available for use on the same order in which the Stampin’ Rewards are earned. For example: using the £67 product order again, you will be eligible for the £6.70 credit upon your next order. Even if the next order is on the same day.

What is Not Included in the Stampin’ Rewards Program?

Credits are granted on product purchases only. This means that shipping and handling are not included in totals nor is the VAT that we pay here in the UK (and Europe). Also not included are Stampin’ Up logo items such as mugs, t-shirts, note pads etc.

The VAT is automatically figured into the price of every product in our catalogue. So for us here in the European market our reward may appear to be slightly less. As of the writing of this information page the exact number is not known. As soon as this information is available I will notify you via the Newsletter and by updating this page.

Do Stampin’Rewards Expire?

Stampin’ Rewards earned by customers and demonstrators are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. For example of you earned £6.70 in Stampin’ Rewards on 21st April 2024 that £6.70 will be available for use up until 30th April 2026.

“Gifted’ Stampin’ Rewards expire within 90 days.

Can I Combine My Stampin’Rewards?

Stampin’Rewards are recorded as a running total until they expire.

For example in April you received £6.70 Stampin’ Rewards, in June you received £30 Stampin’Rewards and in August you received £18.50 Stampin’ Rewards. Provided you have not used any of your stamping rewards since your initial purchase in April you would have £55.20 to spend on a single order.

Stampin’ Rewards will always be use in the order they are earned. In the above example the £6.70 would be taken off first.

You can spend your Stampin’ Rewards in any way you desire. So whether you save them all up for a big order or spend them as soon as you accrue them the choice is always yours.

How Do I Keep Track of all of This?

Every customer who has a Stampin’ Up account has a Dashboard. You must have a Stampin’ Up account in order to receive Stampin’ Rewards. And you must op-in to the Stampin’ Rewards program. The Dashboard can be accessed from the small present icon in the upper right corner of your screen. The Dashboard will show you how much total credit you have and if you have any upcoming expiring credits. This Dashboard will be come active 7th April 2024.

Anything else?

What happens to my Stampin’Rewards if I decide to become a Demonstrator?

They are still available to you to spend exactly as before you became a Demonstrator. You don’t ‘lose’ them.

What if I have Demonstrator status and I allow it to lapse?

Nothing, same as above, the credits you earn will always be with you on your account until you spend them or they expire as noted above.

You cannot use your Stampin’ Rewards to purchase Demonstrator Starter Kits

Can I ‘gift’ credits like my Demonstrator does?

Sadly no, this feature is only available to Demonstrators at this time.
